Bob Schrader, Esq. is an International Law attorney providing business, regulatory, negotiation, and legal counsel and advice to entrepreneurs, owners, startups, and internet-based companies from concept through ongoing operations for over 30 years. His practice focuses on advising start-ups, foreign investors and multinationals establishing US operations, as well as Fortune 500 corporations on contracts, international transactions, US Customs, export controls, maritime, compliance and a variety of complex regulatory matters. He served as General Counsel for a multinational and as outsourced General Counsel to start-ups advising clients regarding gaming, app development, and related tech matters. He was a Civil Court Certified Mediator in Florida serving as a neutral in Florida and Massachusetts. His experience also includes representing clients in international arbitration and mediation cases. Mr. Schrader served as an adjunct professor of international business law for 12 years and has owned and operated businesses in the hospitality and consulting industries. Most recently, he focuses his international contract and negotiation experience towards implementing and promoting smart contracts and application of distributed ledger and blockchain technology to international trade, distribution, legal cannabis and other industries.
